Clash of the Titans. It’s Back.
The original film, with its clay animated monsters, was amazing for me as a kid. This trailer has me pretty excited for the new one.

Eight. Seven. Six. Five. Four. Three. Two. One.
Zero.
Another year older. Instead of adding years, shouldn’t we be subtracting? Counting down?

Some graffiti on the Berlin Wall is beautiful, artistic, moving, powerful – pieces of art
As I walked through Berlin this past winter most signs of the physical wall were gone. The city seemed whole, as if nothing had separated the inner circle from the rest of Berlin. There was only a small piece left standing; nothing impressive – nothing that could allow me to imagine what these people had gone through. However, all around me were signs that the Berlin wall had existed at one point in time. The city has two opera houses, two concert halls, two museums, two of everything. And of course there was Checkpoint Charlie, a gateway between two drastically different worlds. I enjoyed my time in Berlin the most, its as if every piece of history has passed through there at some point in time. My tour guide had said that her grandparents have lived in Berlin for all their lives, and they were now 100 years old. They experienced World War I, World War II, the Berlin Wall — some of the most significant pieces of history passed in front of their eyes and left scars on this city. Berlin is like no other place I have experienced and the rich culture and history is something I reminisced about today.
The Berlin Wall reminds me of this quote: Separation more than the distance between us.

all the shame, sorrow, regret and loss

“She says he isn’t as funny as he used to be. About fifty percent as
funny, maybe less. He thinks, but doesn’t say, no, it’s you, you’re
depressed, you don’t find anyone funny anymore. She thinks, but
doesn’t say, I’ve always been depressed. I’ve never found anyone
funny—except you, once.”
